LMN Plumbing was created  by Cooranbong local David Falk in late 2013 but really came to life in 2014, initially servicing Balcolyn, Bonnells Bay and Brightwaters areas before expanding the areas we can provide to customers. Now with our main base in Cooranbong and Morisset we are well positioned to the M1 to service our expanded areas of Newcastle and the Central Coast.

Lifestyle plumbing, whether that is providing a luxury bathroom, or a new installing the plumbing for a new family dine in kitchen, we enjoy working in partnership with you as your selected  trade. Should you have a large renovation or new build we can also work with our partner builder KDF Construction. We want to ensure the plumbing installed suits your lifestyle and homes needs now and into the future. 
Maintenance, we like to partner with you in managing your plumbing, gas and roofing needs. We work with both homeowners and commercial partners, to be proactive in catching any aging plumbing before issues arise or there are increased risks of flooding or blockages.  By working in partnership we have records of the work completed, can remind you when maintenance may be due and are familiar with the plumbing onsite.

New, this is an area that is very important for LMN Plumbing, we are look to do things differently and make improvements to our processes and customer service. We strive to always improve, working in partnership with our clients is crucial in achieving a great result for you whilst delivering a great service. 

Life before LMN Plumbing involved a broad range of plumbing experiences and knowledge building for David Falk. In Australia he has provided plumbing for a diverse range of clients from domestic maintenance to providing plumbing for Westfields, the local coal mining industry, a range of local builders and council authorities. Following this experience David departed Australia to gain increased experience in Europe, his first stop was Denmark where is provided plumbing maintenance for a large boarding school. Followed by Dublin in Ireland where delivered large scale domestic maintenance and plumbing maintenance for retail. Upon returning to Australia David provided plumbing services for a NSW government energy saving scheme, travelling throughout NSW and working with first nation communities, aged care and low income households. 

 

Then in 2013, LMN Plumbing came to life!
 

Now LMN Plumbing wants not only to provide you with great plumbing, but also to provide the opportunities David  Falk had in the local area and to train and guide a new generation of plumbers who can provide a deep knowledge of plumbing and a high level of customer service.
